Cancellation Policy

Effective 2026-05-02. Applies to all paid services operated by Noise Factor LLC.

1. Cancel anytime, with no friction

You can cancel your subscription at any moment from your account dashboard. There is no cancellation fee, no phone call, and no questions asked. Cancellation takes effect immediately for renewal purposes — once you cancel, you will not be billed again.

2. What cancellation does

• Stops all future charges.
• Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• After that period ends, your account remains in place with access paused — you can resubscribe at any time without losing your data.

3. Refunds

Because cancellation is immediate and you retain access through the period you have already paid for, subscription fees are non-refundable for unused time. We do not pro-rate refunds.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion in the following situations:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Extended service unavailability caused by us (typically a pro-rated credit applied to your next billing period).
• Other unusual circumstances we agree to handle as a one-off.

5. How to cancel

Sign in to your account, open your subscription settings, and click Cancel. If you cannot find the option or run into trouble, email team@noisefactor.io from the email address on your account and we will cancel for you.

6. Disputed charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, please email us before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
